The number of homes for sale in Dothan took another drop this week. Most likely there were many listing agreements that expired at the end of the year. I fully expect this number to move back up over the coming weeks.
Pending sales also took a dive. A drop-off is expected this time of year, so it remains to be seen if this is anything more than a seasonal adjustment.
